下载管理 is empty (ESign's own downloader only). So the Safari download didn't go into ESign.
Let's check whether Safari actually downloaded the file. Open Files app to see Downloads. Or check the HTTP server log for a GET of /AirBeep.ipa. The server is at 192.168.50.251:8765 — let's find its log.
Actually, simpler path forward: ESign 文件 tab → 菜单 → maybe "导入" gives options (从文件App导入 / URL). Let me check the 菜单 again while on 文件 tab; earlier tap on 菜单 showed nothing but that was under the disclaimer overlay.
